User Responsibilities

Do not include personally identifiable information (PII) in incident notes
Use generated content responsibly and review before distribution
Ensure you have permission to share incident information with our service

Limitations

AI-Generated Content: All postmortem content is generated by artificial intelligence and should be reviewed for accuracy before being used in official documentation or shared with stakeholders. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content for any specific purpose.

Shareable Links

When you generate a postmortem, a shareable link is created. Anyone with this link can view the generated postmortem (but not the original incident notes). You are responsible for managing who has access to these links.
